KMS considers its staff the school’s engine. It is our philosophy to encourage and empower our staff with the latest educational and Montessorian trends. KMS additionally provides training for its staff in various areas of personal and professional development.
In a strategic partnership with The Prepared Montessorian – the leading training institute in Montessori training, all the schools Guides and Assistant Guides are obliged to attend the Foundational Course, which covers the philosophy of Maria Montessori, and then delves into the five areas of learning.
The Foundational course for Children House 3-6 will lead to the Montessori two years Diploma Program.
KMS primary Guides are enrolled with the North America Montessori Council (NAMC) 6-9 Diploma, and we are proud to be the first school in Sudan to undergo such training to assure on our quality of delivery of authentic Montessori curriculum.
A selection of single-session online live workshops designed for educators, parents, caregivers, and in-home educators looking for professional development and guidance on bringing more independence and joy to children under their care.

The world of the child is full of movement, and their environment must be prepared with beautiful materials and ample opportunity for them to connect with nature. NAMC’s Lower Elementary Diploma Program provides guides with the knowledge and resources needed to engage and motivate students in the Montessori lower elementary environment. In addition, enabling guides to teach according to the child’s needs, making learning much more meaningful and relevant to the child.
