The Leadership Academy (LA) offers classes and experiences designed to build tomorrow’s strong leaders by building personal character. Meeting each Saturday, children between the ages of 3 and 9 are presented with character-building activities, and a variety of lessons that support learning across all STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) disciplines.
KMS Leadership Academy supports the development of well-rounded character by teaching Communication & Listening skills, Present To Influence, and Mind Mapping.
Furthermore, students study the character traits of the world’s great leaders and are then encouraged to put those traits into practice, which helps to build their own leadership skills.
Field trips offer opportunities for students to learn more about local history and industries while building upon their sense of identity and community. Visits to museums and Sudanese heritage sites teach them about the richness of Sudan and its culture.
Back in the classroom, students at the KMS Leadership Academy learn about technology, experience hands-on computer programming, and explore Robotics, AI, 3D, and other sciences.
Classes in art, music, dance, and drama add to the well-rounded experience. Each activity presented at the Leadership Academy helps build strong personal character, paving the way for the success of our next generation.
